Can you give me an idea of your fees?

We provide bespoke quotes for each wedding and event as each has unique requirements. The number of nannies required depends on the age and number of the children, as well as the type of service you require.

 

Little Guest Area Play Space hire starts from £200 per event plus travel. When hiring our Little Guest area there is a £150 damage deposit in case of any mishaps. This deposit will be refunded to you after your event, provided there is no damage to equipment.

 

Travel and Transportation and Set Up and Tear Down is charged in addition.

How do I book?

After you have been in touch to give us the details of your event we will provide you with a personalised quote for you and your guests. Once you have reviewed your quote and you would like to secure your date a non-refundable £150 booking fee will be due.

Payment is made to us via bank transfer to our business bank account using the reference number shown on your invoice or quote.

 

Amendments and changes can be made up until six weeks before your event as we know numbers can fluctuate or you might want to adjust the details of your service. Six weeks before your event we will issue you with an invoice for the remaining fee that is outstanding.

Do you have a minimum booking time?

For Childcare we have a minimum booking time of four hours.

 

Our Little Guest Area Play Space hire for wedding and events is for the duration of your event. We can set up and clear away when you would like with no additional costs.

What happens if I need to cancel?

In the event that you need to cancel your booking; prior to six weeks of the event the booking deposit will be non-refundable, and the remaining balance will not be charged.

 

If the booking is cancelled within six weeks of the event, the booking deposit and remaining balance will be non-refundable.

What qualifications do your nannies hold?

All our staff have enhanced DBS checks, and we always have at least one member of staff on site with full paediatric first aid training in case of any emergencies. Our childcare leads hold first class honours degrees in teaching and learning, PGCE and have years of experience as classroom teachers with up to date practice.

Additionally we also have food safety and hygiene Level 2 certificate and safeguarding Level 2.

Do you have public liability insurance?

We are fully insured and have specialist childcare public liability insurance.

If you would like a copy of our certificate of insurance, please let us know and this can be arranged.
